I had the extreme pleasure of working with Scott Butler on the selling of my father’s house in Los Angeles.
I happen to meet Scott under unfortunate circumstances. My 92-year-old father had gone missing. Scott had sold the house next door. He was one of the first people to help in the search for my dad. He was found but was found deceased.
Compounding matters was the fact that I no longer live in the Los Angeles area. I now live in West Sacramento, CA. Fast forward to the decision, my sister and I had to sell our childhood home. Since Scott had done such a beautiful job with updating and selling the house next door, I asked for his help to sell my father’s house.
Scott was already there for me, even though we had to work together long distance. He was excellent in keeping me up to date on things. He presented strategies on the best way to sell the home. We had obstacles to overcome (tenant on the property and “as is” status) but he came through with flying colors!
We got a fair deal and with all the contingencies in place. I couldn’t imagine a better realtor! He was professional, personable and efficient. I never had to “search” for him. He answered my texts in the most timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to sellers or buyers. You have a true gem in Scott Butler. Thank you, Scott, for the millionth time! You really are the best.
