When my wife and I decided to relocate from Los Angeles to Atlanta, due to our circumstances, we only had several months to make all of our arrangements. Our biggest challenge and worry was being able to sell our home. We had purchased the home in 2003 and by 2011 had experienced the rise and burst of the housing bubble. As a result of the housing crisis and our circumstance, a short sale was the only option.
We knew that a short sale would be difficult, so we reached out to all our family and friends that were real estate professionals. Sadly, each person we spoke with explained to us why we would not be able to short sale our home, or should I say, why they wouldn’t be able to short sale the property for us. That was until we spoke to Scott. During our first conversation with Scott, he told us he would be able to short sale our house within the timeframe we needed it to happen, and I’ll be damned if he didn’t do it.
